Speed bump needed to control rampant and dangerous speeding on Bliley road. Also making the speed limit 25mph.

    Bliley Rd between Forest Hill Ave and Blakemore Rd has a functional class of “Urban Collector”. The Fire Marshall does not support speed tables on this strategic route for emergency vehicles. A consultant reviewed Bliley between Forest Hill and Blakemore earlier and make preliminary recommendations for pedestrian and bike accommodations.
