Description
Do Not Enter sign posted on Shepperd Street (closest to The Daily (restaurant)) is obscured by vegetation from the neighboring tree branches. As a result, the sign is obscured from Northbound traffic. Often resulting in drivers crossing Cary Street and continuing down Shepperd.
