Description
Tree planted by the City in front of 5816 Warwick Road is infested with black and red bugs that appear to be feeding on the tree. Also some trees in the median strip between 5816 and 5828 Warwick Road have same bug infestation. Also, a lichen type fungus is spreading all over the trees. The trees appear unhealthy.
