Description
There wasn't an option for the issue: the home on the corner of Noble and Brookland Park (3001 I believe) they have a backyard fence that is chest high to me (5'3") and as soon as you step onto the sidewalk two large guard type dogs come running at the fence and could possibly get over it, in any case that sidewalk is unwalkable. I had to walk in the road to get around that section. This isn't letting me upload pictures. But I have them.
