Description
Gravel and asphalt deeply rutted. Original request made in March 2024. Exceeded 180 days. Please escalate. Thank you. Also alley neighbor, apartment building at 4309 Grove Avenue needs multiple new super and for trash. They only have two, one of which is missing a lid, and garbage is all over the alley and is attracting rodents. Thank you
