Description
Caller is concern of the COR dead rotten limbs that are dropping and hanging over on the street and property of his address and the neighbor... this is a safety concern especially with the heavy rain and wind today. Utility lines are right above the tree. The limbs are right where they park on the street. There are several trees that have fungus at the base of the trees.
