Description

Zelkova Serrata had 3 branches snap and land on street during storm 2 weeks ago (see pic 1). City picked up those branches this week. Additional branches have snapped during the past 2 days, but are still in the tree (see pic 4). Other branches are bowed downward - wet leaves appear to be too much weight (pics 2 & 3). Tree needs to be pruned and snapped branches removed. Slight overlap of light pole power line (pic 5). What is the schedule for pruning?
