Description
The alley between mount vernon and chevy chase has not been cleaned and graveled in over a year. Other alleys in our neighborhood have been done but not ours. The weeds are terrible and almost up to knees in some areas. The weeds spread into the adjacent yards. The alley is full if potholes and mud.
