Description
People are speeding down 31st St. between Nine Mile Rd and Q St. There are a number of small children who live in the area. We would like a speed hump installed to slow down traffic. (Please be sure to put up signage or cars may go flying over the hump, it's that bad!)

- Staff · October 3, 2024The 85th percentile speed, the speed that 85 percent of drivers travel at or below, is one of the best indicators of a reasonable and safe speed. The 85th percentile speed sample on 31st St between Nine Mile Rd and Q St measured 23.3mph. The speed sample is in general compliance with the 25-mph speed for residential streets and speed tables are not planned.
