Description
Summer Hill Preschool with Richmond Public Schools uses this area as a parent drop off and pick up during our arrival from 7:30 - 8:00 a.m. and 2:15 - 2:45 p.m. When cars park on the school side of Alexander the car lane blocks traffic for residents. If parking could be restricted at least during arrival and dismissal it would alleviate congestion and make it safer for students and familes.
