Description
Forest Hill/Chippenham interchange vegetation is overgrown on all four ramps and both sidewalks crossing Chippenham (can't even use the sidewalk properly). All sewers are overgrown with grass/weeds, vegetation coming out into lanes on exit/entrance ramps and all ramps need heavy litter pickup including homeless trash, etc. sidewalks need de weeded/treated and streets need swept of debris as vegetation is growing at the curbs. Grass also needs cutting. Poorly kept section of Forest Hill.
