Description

Both trees at this address on either side of the street have limbs that have grown over the street. The limbs of the tree with the streetlight have grown so much that the street lighting has been reduced so much that the light is completely covered. This has created a dangerous blind spot at night. This tree needs to be trimmed as soon as possible. It is not safe for anyone.
