Description
2700/2800 block of 4th Ave has a major issue with speeding. Cars and dirt bikes fly up an down this block and adjacent blocks putting citizens at risk. The other half of the neighborhood got speed bumps but not ours. Ours NEEDS speed bumps maybe more than that area because we are on the main bus route between two stop lights. There is no stop sign at Victor and 4th and there is no enforcement anyway. We have had cars hit and close calls dog waling and just getting in and out of the parked car.
