Description
The complete alley is uneven. The alley way needs to be repaired. Citizen was told that they would place cement down the alley and then gravel.. This has not been down. Water pools in this alley way and there is mud there when it gets wet. The citizen would like to have this repaired. The alley way has been grated very low. There are piles of gravel in several places and less in others.
