Description

Very large oak(?) tree, 3-4’ in diameter is leaning severely towards residence. Has recently begun dropping large limbs, and the ground around the base is heaving. The tree is on an eroded bank of a creek, and if (when) it falls it will destroy the fence of the neighboring residence (mine) as well as likely destroy a mature native magnolia on that property. At least two other trees of similar size and condition have fallen along this creek this year, so this tree’s failure seems imminent.
