Description
The large dead oak tree/stump in front of my house was removed by Davey earlier in the month. However, there are still stump shavings completely filling the ditch and blocking the culvert pipe, which can now not even be seen. DAVEY or the CITY needs to return to finish the clean up. I was told by DAVEY that the area where the tree was located would be flat, but there are still roots below the ground surface where there are existing extending roots protruding from the removed stump.
