Description
The shrubs growing along Westover Hills Blvd approaching the bridge from the south bank are overgrown and having over the asphalt. This leads to vehicles traveling in that lane to move towards the center line to avoid. This is a potential hazard in that a near head on collision with oncoming traffic is a possibility if drivers are not alert. Further, the addition of the new bike lanes in this area draw the drivers' path to the side of the lane AND covers possible bike access.
