Description

Large elm on Mt Vernon along side walk adjacent to backyard of 1612 Nottoway Ave is leaning at about a 30 degree angle toward street. Looks fairly unhealthy and is growing into utility power lines. Major concern is tree looks like it could fall at anytime or in a storm crushing cars parked on street, bringing down the power lines, and causing significant damage to sidewalks, property etc
