Description
The alley behind the Valentine Museum that runs from N 11th and 10th Streets, runs through the Valentine parking lot. They place orange cones across the parking lot and park cars which completely shuts off the alley and prevents anyone from traveling through the alleyway. This includes but is not limited to, delivery vehicles, emergency vehicles, trash trucks, etc.
