Description
I moved in to unit 2 in June and have previously requested a replacement can a month or so ago. I received it. Here's what I realized. There are 4 apartments in the building, so essentially, 4 people are paying for trash and recycling cans. We only have two of each. I don't where they went over time, but we really need 4.
