Description
The intersection of N Eighth St and E Grace St has become a dangerous haven for drug addicts, the homeless, and mentally unwell individuals. The open space by the federal courthouse is full of tents, sleeping bags, and unstable people loitering day and night. Every day the streets and sidewalks are full of trash, broken glass, drug paraphernalia, human feces, and human urine. It has become an unsafe and unsightly mess for the many City, State, and Federal employees and residents in the area.
