Description
When the 5th St. Bridge is closed, the only option for getting out of Highland Park is to take Hospital St. to 7th St. It has NO visibility, not to mention traffic is often stopped ON TRAIN TRACKS. It's not only a nuisance that is undoubtedly the cause of many flat tires and bent axles, but it's an imminent danger and only a matter of time until someone gets killed by a train. This intersection shouldn't even exist, but there's simply no alternative route when the bridge is closed ALL the time.
