Description

There's several trees along the sidewalk on the north side of Hull street between W 4th & W 5th streets that have very low branches that need to be trimmed up. The branches are as low as 4-5ft above the sidewalk. Also, the sidewalk for most of the block is covered in a couple inches of dirt and sand that should be removed.
