Description
This is a residential area with many children, walkers, and bicyclists . Very often vehicles drive down this road at speeds greatly exceeding the posted speed limit

A speed table is not planned on Seminary Ave which measures about 750’ between Westbrook Ave and Seminary Place where the street curves.
