Description
Litter along the Mechanicsville corridor extending the shopping center at Cool Lane & Mechanicsville to the intersection of Mechanicsville and Magnolia Street. This is a constant eyesore and needs to be address at a Richmond City council meeting. I live in Henrico and travel this area consistently. The stores along that corridor allow car washing, loiters and there is a container to donate clothes which is always overflowing. The stores also allow their trash receptacles to accumulate.
