Description

Davis has a very wide ROW and ends in a stub at Stafford, however despite this stub, the ROW width encourages excessive speeding in a neighborhood with a high amount of foot traffic by children and other folks utilizing Scuffletown park. I encourage the installation of speed bumps, intersection islands, an intersection mural, or bump outs to calm this stretch.
