Description
Vegetation on Cedar Street is overgrown and blocking several parking signs, sidewalk, and fire hydrants. Cars continually park in front of fire hydrants because they are overgrown with grass and hidden. Grass and trees blocking a majority of the sidewalk and is not accessible to people with disabilities
