Description
Renters in 1415 Grove do not use cans properly. One trash can was taken away and now they have filled recycle bin with trash so now no one will collect it. This is an ongoing problem and a mess. I have put notes. Ordered extra cans myself. I don't know how to reach landlord to teach his renters how to properly dispose of things and to order a new can. Please help! I've put notes etc.
