Description

The entirety of Clarke needs to be repaired and repaved. We have multiple potholes, uneven surfaces and cracks. It is ruining our cars. Please, please come and repave. This request has been submitted many times before and closed with no resolution. At least please call me at 804-339-2175 to discuss.
