- Staff · September 9, 2024DPW must perform engineering studies in accordance with the Federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) before installing an all-way stop. The intersection of Venable St and N. 22nd St does not meet the MUTCD traffic requirements for an all-way stop. Another engineer is checking the intersection for sight distance concerns along with needs for any additional signing such as no parking.
