UNCOVERED DRAIN HOLE IN THE CENTER OF THE SIDEWALK. A CHILD FOOT COULD EASILY GO INSIDE THIS HOLE AND CAUSE SERIOUS MEDICAL ISSUE AS WELL AS WALKING CANES CAN EASILY CAUSE ELDERLY TO FALL IF THEIR CANE GETS INTO THIS HOLE... ADDRESS IS APPROXIMATE BUT IT IS LOCATED IN FRONT OF THE BRICK APT BUILDING NEXT TO THE OLD SCHOOL HOUSE THAT IS ON THE CORNER OF CHAMBERLAYNE AVENUE AND AZALIA ODD NUMBER SIDE OF THE CHAMBERLAYNE AVE CORRECTED ADDRESS IS 4915 CHAMBERLAYNE AVENUE......I GOT THE CORRECT ADDRESS FROM THE MAILWOMAN...
