Description

Mostly, I was curious why there weren’t any NO PARKING signs put up for this sidewalk repair on Jackson St. Not only is my car covered concrete dust, which is going to scratch the hell out of the paint, the construction workers decided to just “work around” my car, subsiquently smashing into it with the backhoe bucket. I don’t know why they went ahead with the work, but I’m guessing putting up the non-existent signs was the resposibility of some inept RVA department.
