Description
Trash has been accumulating for a couple of months. The dumpsters are not big enough which causes a recurring cycling of apartment residents leaving trash by the side of the dumpsters or overflowing the dumpster with garbage. There is significant trash sitting out, which includes glass and broken bottles. It isnt safe for the many people and dogs that walk through the alley. It needs to be trash collected and swept up.
