Description

Cars regularly speed up North Avenue between Dove and brookland Park; often times 20 mph or more over. With some regularity cars will dangerously veer into oncoming traffic lane to illegally pass cars driving at a normal rate of speed.

    The Fire Marshall does not support speed tables on North Ave south of Brookland Park Blvd since it is classified as an Urban Collector and a strategic route for emergency vehicles.
