Description
Someone knocked down the sign and ran over the vegetation in the tiny traffic circle at the intersection of Montrose and Overbrook. This happens all the time and it may be that the city should decide not to have a sign there at all and to put in a speed hump instead. These are not really traffic circles and they obviously don’t succeed in slowing people down or encouraging them to drive more safely.
