Description

Sidewalk is not level, concrete Elevated approx 1 inch. I tripped Sunday Sept 1st, on my way to Park 365. Skinned my knee, landed on left hip, with bruise as result of fall. This concrete square is 2nd square from the street @ GRTC stop 2634. This is dangerous, there is potential for injury to others. Please repair/level.
