Description

Grass on the right hand side of the front yard along the fence line, and behind the white picket fence various invasive and toxic weed over 20 inches tall along the side of the house encroaching onto my property. If he doesn’t want to clean his property it’s not my responsibility to remove the weed and grass and the city’s responsibility to make sure that he does it according to code enforce 11-105 a,b c, and d amongst other violations. Although he just cut his grass Sunday 9/1/24

    Closing this request as redundant. Code Enforcement is already handling (PDR21340), also Urban Forestry (for "invasive" evaluation; see CW538327), a request that I personally inspected before sending to UF. Will continue to close any new requests at this address until existing requests are resolved.
