- Staff · September 3, 2024The 85th percentile speed, the speed that 85 percent of drivers travel at or below, is one of the best indicators of a reasonable and safe speed. The 85th percentile speed samples on Clearfield St averaged 21mph between Orcutt Lane and Bryce Lane. The speed samples are in general compliance with the 25-mph speed for residential streets and additional speed tables are not planned.
