Description
The citizen states that a speed hump has been placed on her street. A sign is being erected to inform of the speed control device, but its directly at the speed hump. The sign should be erected before the speed hump to give warning before reaching it. Also, she is requesting to have a handicap sign erected there and this would interfere.
