Description
Mr. Frazier came by City Hall this morning to express his frustration. On Sunday while going into church him and 2 other older ladies were almost hit. The cars are doing 45 on 25th street. He stated this is an ongoing thing. He is afraid someone is going to get hit. He stated they need some speed bumps or something in that area. There are a lot of seniors over there. He would also like to speak with someone before Sunday.
