Description
This triangle-ish segment of the intersection of 12th Street, Canal Street and the entrance ramp to I-195 needs to be cleared out from the trees, brush, barrels, trash, discarded signs, etc that fill the space. Trees are growing over into the left turn lane from 12th Street onto Canal Street. The line of sight when entering the I-195 ramp is obscured to the oncoming vehicles turning left from Canal Street. Cars turn left at a higher speed when they have the green light at Canal
