caller would like a calming assessment to place ramps on the street to slow the flow of traffic.......very dangerous for pedestrians and parked vehicles

- Staff · August 28, 2024Dubois Ave is short residential street between Brook Rd and the dead end two blocks west of Brook Rd. The 85th percentile speed, the speed that 85 percent of drivers travel at or below, is one of the best indicators of a reasonable and safe speed. The 85th percentile speed sample on Dubois Ave measured 15mph between Brook Rd and Langston Ave and less than 10mph between Langston Ave and the dead end. Traffic calming measures are not planned.
