Description
The signal timing on the traffic light traveling from W. Leigh Street to turn North on Belvidere/Chamberlayne/I-95 needs addressing. Ever since the exit ramp opened back up, only 4 vehicles can get through on the green arrow at a time. Begining at 4:30 once work traffic begins that light backs all the way to Goshen Street, vehicles end up blocking the Belvidere exit from entering onto Leigh Street. The light needs to be longer than 3 seconds. Can we please get someone out to study it.
