Description
The curb ramp connected to the brick crosswalk on the east side of Virginia St. Under the expressway has heaved up and created a substantial trip hazard for people crossing the street at this point. Because of the Canal Cruises and the restaurant this is a very busy area and sees a lot of people with mobility issues.
