DPW000181528 PREVIOUS TICKET:BUT NOT UNDERSTANDING THE MEANING WHEN THEY STATED TO DO A PLANTING TICKET BECAUSE THIS IS THE ONLY TICKET I SEE: PREVIOUS NOTS AS FOLLOW: After receiving the city's approval, we planted a Japanese Stewart tree in the sidewalk tree well located in front of our home last fall. Unfortunately, the tree did not survive the summer heat, and the city has since removed it. We would like to replant a Red Maple in that location this fall, as it was the original tree in that
