Description
Citizen (Janice Maddox -804.503.9830) called the Risk Management Office to report a large tree limb within the city's right-of-way had broken and the limb was hanging against the roof of her home. (1806 Maddox St.) The citizen (Janice Reed) called Risk Management again twice today (9/3) to indicate the branch that was hanging over her home has now fallen onto her roof. The citizen also indicates this is the third tree branch that has fallen onto her roof, since notifying the city on 8/27. The citizen is requesting an on-site inspection and tree maintenance.
