Description

The medium sized tree directly in front of 309 W Marshall St, growing in the city sidewalk and overhanging the street. Looks like a small hornbeam tree. The main, large branches hanging over the street are splintering at their bases. A smaller one has already fallen, but the very large ones are going to break and fall at any time. This hazard was also reported to Richmond non-emergency services at 7 AM on Aug 25, 2024.
