Description

With the new bike lane and parking, it’s very hard to see oncoming traffic, I almost got hit today! This should definitely be a four-way stop

DPW must perform engineering studies in accordance with the Federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) before installing an all-way stop. The intersection of Norfolk St and Summit Ave does not meet the MUTCD traffic requirements for an all-way stop. Another engineer is checking the intersection for sight distance concerns along with needs for any additional signing such as no parking.

Inspected: There are corner clearance signs and stripes on all corners of Norfolk St.
