Description
This happens every 6 months. The road warps and buldges. DPW comes out to fix it. Rinse and repeat. The “speed table” has had no effect. As soon as cars clear the speed bump they hit the gas and are back to speeding. The street is too wide, plain and simple. You need to narrow the street using eith bump outs or protected bike lanes. This corner could have a larger bump out with a bus shelter or at least a bench. You have designed a road that wide enough to be highway.
