Description
The yellow 25 MPH flasher on NB Chamberlayne is obscured by a tree. Also, it is located very high on the pole vs. the direction of sight, and the lights could be brighter if they were LED's. This school now has speed cameras in both directions so it is important to make the flashers more obvious.
